The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) was a non-departmental public body in England responsible for regulating social housing providers between 2008 and 2012. It was established under the [Housing and Regeneration Act 2008](/wiki/housing-and-regeneration-act-2008) and assumed responsibilities previously held by the Housing Corporation. The TSA was abolished by the [Public Bodies Act 2011](/wiki/public-bodies-act-2011), with its regulatory functions transferred to the [Homes and Communities Agency](/wiki/homes-england), later renamed [Homes England](/wiki/homes-england).
